| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY |
| If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tickets attached and a copy of your invoice within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. For a full refund, returns MUST be received within 7 days of your original delivery date. Items received after 7 days but within 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. |

| Please indicate on your invoice which item(s) you are returning, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange (if exchange, please also list requested items, colors, and sizes). |
| The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, but if you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped at no extra cost. You may ship your return with any company you like. We recommend using a method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We also recommend insuring your return. |
| RETURNS |
| Please follow the directions stated above. Upon receiving your returned garment we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase, so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference. |
| EXCHANGES |
| If you request an exchange, you will receive an email from UPS when the new item(s) ship. If the requested item is not available, you will be refunded instead, and will receive an email when this is complete. Any difference in price for exchanges will be charged or refunded to the same credit card used to place the order. |

| DEIBERONDON.COM does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. |
